To be clear, the product is risible. The hand dryers manufactured by the World Dryer Corporation, of Berkeley, Illinois, are the pits. The pits! They don’t even approximate the act or condition of dryness. Under the guise of conservation, they waft their pitiful jets across our hands, warming, yet never actually evaporating, the thin glove of moisture. Who tests these things? Who dares say, well… just as good as a simple paper towel, success! Feh. On the other hand - they’ve got a really, really sharp logo…
